The Secondary Mathematics programme and Additional Mathematics programme aim to comprehensively prepare students for the GCE ‘O’ Level Examinations. Building on the regular MOE syllabuses, Mr Max Tan adopt a differentiated learning approach in designing the curriculum, with a strong focus on concept understanding, fundamental techniques and applications, to give students a competitive edge. His carefully crafted lesson plans and materials follow closely to the schools’ scheme of work. A variety of resources, including past years school examination papers and GCE O-Level examination reports, are also used to expose students to a variety of challenging problems, and to correct misconceptions and mistakes made by students. Coupled with the 24/7 consultation service, Mr Max Tan provides numerous platforms to support student learning during class time and beyond.
